We’ll arrange a brief, complimentary consultation to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any questions you may have about the process. This is also an opportunity for us to see if working together feels like a good fit.

Therapy is a collaborative process. As we work together, we’ll regularly check in about your goals, recognize your progress, and adjust our approach as needed to support your ongoing growth and healing.
Carry It Forward
As you reach your goals, we'll reflect on how far you've come and plan for how to keep that progress going. My hope is that you leave feeling steady, confident, and equipped with tools you can carry into whatever comes next.
