Hello, I’m Alessandra.
I’m really glad you’re here.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and my hope is that from our very first interaction, you feel met with warmth, care, and respect. I am a Registered Social Worker/therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, and I have spent several years working alongside individuals and families in the mental health field.
At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens in spaces where people feel safe, understood, and not judged. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you can slow down, explore what’s been weighing on you, and make sense of your experiences at your own pace. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty as you connect with your strengths and sense of self.
